Here's How to Order by Fax or Mail
For your security, PLEASE DO NOT e-mail your order with credit card information!

  1. Print out the Order Form.

  2. Please note that your display font size should be 11 point or less.
  3. Fill out the Order Form, adding in all applicable Shipping & Handling charges.
  4. For Mail Orders:

    2. Enclose check or money order made payable to:

  5. For Fax Orders:
    1. Include credit card information.

    3. Payment is accepted in U.S. dollars.
  6. For International orders please call or e-mail for shipping charges.
  7. If it's necessary to ship your order in more than one package, we will notify you of any additional shipping charges.
  8. Orders are processed at the time they are received. In the event an item is on back order, you will be contacted immediately. Although every attempt is made to insure available stock, quantities may be limited. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Policy

  1. UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER

  2. Please inspect your shipment for completeness, proper part numbers, and operation upon receipt.
  3. DAMAGED GOODS

  4. If your products are damaged during shipment, you MUST save all packaging material for inspection by the freight company, then:
    1. Contact the freight company and tell them you received damaged goods.
    2. Contact North Coast Aircraft Radio, Inc. after the freight company inspection. If you return your damaged items without contacting the freight company, YOU WILL VOID the insurance coverage and North Coast will not accept the returned items. DO NOT fill out the warranty card
  5. WARRANTY INFORMATION

  6. North Coast Aircraft Radio, Inc. will replace out of box failures within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, or if your product is put into service, it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and all claims need to be directed to the manufacturer. (Be sure to process your warranty form immediately after the product is put into service!)
  7. NORMAL RETURNS

  8. If you need to return an item:
    1. Call or email North Coast Aircraft Radio, Inc. within 14 days for return approval.
    2. Include a copy of your invoice stating the reason for your return along with the UNUSED item.
    3. Be sure to return all packaging material, literature, instructions, etc. Everything that was sent to you with your order!
    4. Special order items will incur a restock fee.
    Any questions about your order can best be answered if you provide your invoice number and/or salesperson’s initials. Please have your invoice in hand when you call.
